A hotel PMS that runs the whole stay

Our PMS holds every reservation, guest and charge across every building you run. Everything else in Vector Guest reads from it, so the OTAs, the messages, the cleaning plan and the accounts never disagree with what's actually booked.

At a glance

  • Every unit in every building on one booking calendar. Drag a stay to move it.
  • Create, change, extend, move or cancel a reservation without leaving the calendar.
  • Each stay has a folio that collects the nights, extras and payments as they happen.
  • Invoices come straight from the folio, and guests can pay them online.

What it does day to day

  • One booking calendar

Week and month views of every unit, across buildings. Drag a stay to move it, or hold rooms for a guest or a group until they confirm.

  • Inventory the way you run it

Units organised by portfolio, building and room type, each with its own details and photos.

  • Guest profiles

Past stays, preferences and the little things your team has learned about each guest, in one profile.

  • Folios

Room nights and city tax post to the stay every night, with extras, voids and payments right next to them.

  • Invoices and payment links

Turn the folio into an invoice, email it, and let the guest or company pay online.

  • Company accounts

Negotiated rates for companies, and one invoice for all their stays.

It's connected to everything else

Make a booking on the calendar and availability changes on every OTA. Check a guest out and housekeeping gets the clean. The guest's messages sit on the booking, and the folio feeds straight into the month-end. There's no integration to maintain between two products, because it's one product.

How to choose a hotel PMS

Your PMS is the record everything else depends on, so it's worth asking a few blunt questions before you pick one.

  • Does it fit what you sell?

Hotel rooms, apartments or both, in one building or several. It should match how you work, not squeeze apartments into "rooms" or the other way round.

  • How does it talk to the OTAs?

Availability, rates and restrictions going out, and bookings coming back in real time. See our channel manager connection.

  • Where do guest messages end up?

On the booking, or in another tool someone has to remember to check? See guest messaging.

  • Does the cleaning plan follow the bookings?

A checkout should create the clean without anyone typing it up. See housekeeping.

  • What does month-end look like?

Folios, invoices and payouts that reconcile inside the system, or an export to a spreadsheet? See payments and reconciliation.

  • How much is the AI allowed to do?

Suggestions a person approves, with a record of every decision, are very different from automation nobody can follow. See AI agents.

Questions

Does it work for aparthotels and serviced apartments as well as hotels?

Yes. Inventory is organised by building, room type and unit, which works for apartments as well as hotel rooms, and you can run several buildings from one account.

Can I hold rooms before a guest confirms?

Yes. You can place, extend, release or confirm a hold, and the AI can suggest whether a hold should be extended or let go.

Is it cloud-based?

Yes. Vector Guest runs in the browser, and your field team has an app.
