Vector Guest and Mews, side by side

Mews and Vector Guest both call themselves an operating system for hotels, so it's a fair question how they differ. Here's what each one says it offers. Everything about Mews comes from mews.com, as we found it on 1 October 2026.

At a glance

  • Mews says it is trusted by 15,000+ properties and offers 1,000+ integrations.
  • Mews's housekeeping is "powered by Flexkeeping" and its channel manager "powered by SiteMinder".
  • In Vector Guest, housekeeping is built in and turnovers are created from the bookings.
  • Neither publishes prices; both quote on request.

Where they differ

Mews is a big platform, with a marketplace of more than 1,000 integrations and parts of its suite powered by partners. We took a different route and built housekeeping, guest messaging and finance into the same platform as the PMS. A booking, its messages, its clean and its money are one record.

We agree with Mews on one thing: people should stay in control of the AI. In Vector Guest, each kind of action needs someone to approve it until your team decides otherwise, and every decision is kept.

Which fits which property

If you're a group that wants a big marketplace of connected products and you're happy running several of them, Mews is built for that. If you're an independent hotel, an aparthotel or a serviced apartment operator who'd rather have it all in one place, with AI agents across the lot, that's what we built Vector Guest for.

Questions

Does Mews publish its prices?
